Learn how the SaasAnt Transactions (Desktop) lets you Import, Export, Modify and Delete your transactions from XLS/XLSX/CSV files into your QuickBooks Desktop.
Follow the below steps to batch Import Transactions into QuickBooks Desktop:
Step 1:
Please launch the SaasAnt Transaction(Desktop) application and If you don’t have the application on your computer, you can click here to download the file and click on Import and select Quickbooks Transaction type such as (Invoice, Bills, etc). Now, select the file by clicking on the Browse file and click on Next.
Step 2: Now it will take you to the Mapping screen where you have to map the respective File Headers to the respective QuickBooks Fields and click on Next. You can also save the mapping by clicking on Add/Save mapping.

Step 3: The transactions will be imported to QuickBooks Desktop, and you can find the Total success and failed records count and you can view the invoice transaction by clicking on the QB link which is highlighted in green color.
