SaasAnt Transactions (Online) lets you Import, Export, Modify and Delete your transactions from XLS/XLSX/CSV files into your QuickBooks Online. Also, you can monitor the import progress and take complete control of the import with our host of features using our SaasAnt Transactions (Online) Application.
Important: Connect SaasAnt Transactions with your QuickBooks Online!Steps for Importing Transactions into QuickBooks Online:
Step 1: Connect to SaasAnt Transaction online application.
Login into QuickBooks – Click on Apps – Search for Bulk Import and Export – Click on Get App Now.
Step 2: Import Transaction.
Once you logged in to our application, click on New Import on the left and click on Browse. Select the file from the particular location which you have saved and click on submit
Step 3: Select Sheet & QuickBooks Entity.
If the file contains multiple sheets, please select the sheet which you are trying to import by using our application and select the transactions type which you are trying to import i.e, Invoice, Bills, Payments, etc,...Once you select the transaction type, it will take you to the mapping screen.

Step 4: Mapping screen
You have to map the headers accordingly as per the file. Once you map the header click on Review.
Step 5: Review Page.
It will take you to the Review screen where else you can view the header which is mapped accordingly and then click on upload.

Step 6: Review & Upload.
Once you click on Upload, the transactions will be imported to QuickBooks, and you can directly open the transaction which you have imported to QuickBooks from the Review & upload screen by click the QuickBooks link.
