To configure automation for the import process local
1) Login into the Quickbooks Desktop application
2) Open the SaasAnt Transactions Desktop application
3) Click on the "File Menu" tab and connect to Quickbooks.
4) Click on Automation and select Import
5) After selecting Import, Click on Create
How to set up Import automation from local Computer Folders?
1) Click on Create to schedule the automation.
2) Select the QuickBooksType (Entity). Ex: Invoice, Bill, Payment.
3) Select your Saved Mappings
Note: If you dont have a mapping saved choose "SaasAnt Default Mapping"
4) Provide a name for your Automation.
5) Select the Frequency ( Daily or use Cron expression )
6) Browse your local computer folder path (ex:, C:\Users\Test\Desktop\ST Desktop)
Note: Check the Process Duplicate file to process the file with the same name kept under the respective automation folder.
7) Click "Save" to enable the automation.
Once the configuration is complete, the automation will process the file with the kept under the respective automation folder with an interval of 1hr.
Note: As of now, the import automation process is only supported for local locations and not for FTP/ SFTP.
