Application Error

Hi, I'm getting an application error and cannot upload my transactions to QuickBooks

  • I'm also getting the same error message when trying to upload JE's, locations, or GL accounts.  Even when I upload a file that was successful last night.

  • Hi Marilyn: The Application error occurs at times when Windows server stops and doesn't respond at the backend, however this can be fixed if you can re-install the App, selecting Repair: https://saasant.com/softwares/saasanttransactions/download/current/SaasAntTransactions-Setup.exe



  • Hi Brook: The error you get is due to the names being already existing in QuickBooks for different entity such as Class (Or) Location itself. And SaasAnt blocks this with error to avoid any duplicates.
