How to make sure about field mappings ?

I am new to QuickBooks. I don't have good knowledge about each and every fields available in QuickBooks Page. How do I make sure that ,I am mapping the fields correctly ?

This is the typical problem with most of the new users . Excel Transactions provides an excellent way to verify your field mappings. In Field Mapping Screen , you can see the "PREVIEW" of the each and every field mapped in Sample QuickBooks Screen.

This Field PREVIEW will defientely help you to visualize the field mappings properly. You can use this feature to validate your mapping.
